Ultra Studios Luxe Lifestyle + Gallery and Fayetteville local entrepreneur and fashion designer Brooke Benham invite you to an evening with Jewelry Designer Brandy Thomason and Bella Vita Jewelry (http://bellavitajewelry.net). This holiday shopping event is on Friday, December 18th, 2009, from 6-9 p.m. at Ultra Studios, located at 118 W. South Street in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The event is free of admission and open to the public.
Brandy Thomason, founder of Bella Vita Jewelry, discovered her passion for creating jewelry by hand at a very young age with the help of her doting grandmothers. By the time she was 12 years old, she began honing her skills at an upstanding beading establishment in Eureka Springs. She creates one-of-a-kind, handmade jewelry from vintage brooches, metal, crystals, glass, bone, seeds, wood and natural stones, describing her work as "what I was born to do, what I love to do and what I can do: making people happy by making people jewelry."
Her collection features stunning jewelry sets, vintage wire-wrapped rings, beautiful earrings, natural bracelets and distinctively creative necklaces. "I strive to create, for my customers, the kind of beauty and craftswomanship that you just can’t get in a big department store," says Thomason.
Her work has been featured in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and At Home in Arkansas Magazine, and you can find her jewelry on display routinely at Argenta Art Market in Central Arkansas.
Ultra Studios is home to the original fashion designs by Brooke Benham. All of Benham's designs are made locally at Ultra Studios.
