Who we are Clubhaus Fitness is the latest innovation in health clubs: a modern boutique setting with a relaxing, environmentally-friendly atmosphere equipped with full amenities, offering an integrated program of wellness in a refined environment to create a new kind of fitness experience in downtown Fayetteville.

Putting the “Health” back in Health clubs, why build Green? Clubhaus Fitness followed the green design standards set forward by the LEED™ for Commercial Interiors rating system. Going green means our health club provides value beyond fitness and becomes associated with improving the “health” of our environment and community.

The world's growing environmental focus presents health clubs with the opportunity to establish themselves as "green" leaders in their communities. In addition to offering “bike-share” check-out service for our members to utilize the city’s trail system, and bike storage for our members who choose to use alternative forms of transportation, we plan to promote nearby public transit transportation.

Our facility design will minimize any materials containing toxic emissions or VOCs, and use rapidly renewable or recycled materials – including bamboo aerobic floors and countertops made of recycled porcelain and glass to rubber flooring made 100% from recycled tires. We are implementing strategies for efficient lighting and mechanical systems and reduce water use, all to reduce the carbon footprint of Clubhaus.

Sustainable design improves the quality of our surroundings and can impact both our personal fitness and the goal of sustainable living for the health of our community. We have considered the impact of our facility and operations on the environment and strive to make choices that have a positive impact on our members, staff, and community.
